A: technology permits the linking of digital artwork directly to the printing press, eliminating the need for film and printing plates. Variable imaging can now be economically achieved as well. With the right equipment and operators, digital printing provides high quality, affordable printing solutions. Q: Do I need to supply you with artwork? How? A: We will accept almost any form of artwork. Any artwork you have is extremely helpful. However, if artwork is not available, we are capable of assisting you with your design and layout. A: Good question…How fast do you need them? Our responsiveness and understanding of our clients’ delivery needs are some reasons for our success. You will find it tough to beat our turnaround times and flexibility. Q: How would the labels be supplied to us? A: Anyway you need them: Rolls, Sheets, Fanfolded, or other specified packaging. Q: How many colors can you print? A: We are capable of printing up to 8 colors. A customer service rep. will help you determine how many colors are necessary to economically produce what you are looking for. Q: Do you have a rush order program? A: Yes ! We have a complete State-Of-The-Art prepress group and supporting printing plate department. This allows us turn your job around as fast as you need it, with the associated costs. Q: What is the minimum I can order? A: There are various minimums associated with the different types of printing. Minimums will range for 1 – 1000 pieces. However, larger quantity pricing is usually provided to you with the estimate for your own comparison . Q: Do you have Quality Control Procedures in place? A: Yes. At Lion Labels, every employee is responsible for the quality of their work. Every work-order contains the quality guidelines each team member adheres to. The manager of each department works with team members and approves all work before releasing it to the next department. Q: What are your credit terms? A: We offer an open credit line if we are allowed enough time to do our credit history evaluation. If the first order is needed in a rush we accept every type of major credit card. Q: What material should I use for my labels? A: Our customer service representatives can help you with the material selection. We stock many Paper, Foil, Films and Specialty materials with various adhesive constructions. You can feel comfortable we will help you choose the correct material to for your project. Q: Can Lion Labels print consecutive numbering or bar codes on my labels. A: This is a standard practice that can be supplied. With our HP Digital Press, we can supply variable data to meet your needs, as well. Q: Do you produce hot stamped or embossed labels? A: Yes. Please speak your customer support representative about your application. Q: Can Lion Labels supply UL and CSA approved labels? A: We have been printing on both UL and CSA approved material for years. Q: Can I see what it looks like before you print them? A: In most cases, an actual printed label sample will not be available. Currently we would provide you with a proof in the form of a PDF file, Color-Matched Inkjet before proceeding with your order. If required, a printed sample can be provided with the associated costs.
